The Bird City Historical Association, Inc.

      The Bird City Historical Association, Inc. will meet on Friday, September 9, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bird City Senior Center.  All members are asked to bring their copies of the block and lot maps.  Also, we are to bring an old document - newspaper clipping, or a certificate that you would like to archivally preserve.

      The program will consist of a lesson on beginning genealogy, a time for sharing family stories and to work on the development of the lot and block map of the beginning businesses, schools and churches.

      We welcome anyone with a family story or interest in preserving our history.
